The Innovative Enterprise Week Bucharest 2019 website will provide an online platform for political and policy decision-makers, scientists, researchers, innovators, early stage investors (e.g. business angels), opinion shaping actors, representatives of companies and other stakeholders interested in the conference topics to maintain informed with conference news and to register in order to attend the event
This event  aims to ensure a smooth transition of our constituency from the Horizon 2020 to the new Horizon Europe, being a great opportunity to facilitate the collaboration, communication and exchange of experience between science, universities and business from different regions across Europe. It will enhance the interaction between participants to develop successful future projects and will stimulate the successful cooperation in Europe between public and private sectors. By presenting available and planned new instruments and initiating discussions for proposals regarding new policies and future steps to contribute to a higher impact and regional successful innovation, the event will promote new approach to partnerships in delivering innovation.

The information is collected mainly in order to send you information and documentation concerning the organisation of the event Innovative Enterprise Week Bucharest 2019 by UEFISCDI, in collaboration with the Ministry of Research and Innovation and the European Commission and under the aegis of the the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The database has an add-on tool with which we are able to create mailing campaigns with a possibility to track if the mail has arrived and been opened at its destination. Tracking data is kept and used solely for statistical purposes to establish the usefulness of a mailing. It is used in an aggregated and anonymised manner. The aim is to identify the information which is of most interest to users.

* Legal basis: in the accomplishment of the internal administrative tasks necessary to the organisation or in the exercise of its tasks and functions

We either collect the data directly from you when you subscribe to our event or we create a record of you because you are part of a delegation from your state or organisation which participates in our event. We also collect data from you when you ask for access to one of our services. Your name may also appear in requested reports from fundings entities (European Commission).

The personal data we collect is divided into the following subsets:
* Professional profile -  this subset includes: Title, Name, Job Title, Position, Organisation Name, Email, Work Phone, Work Address (street, zip code, city, country).
* Full personal data: Corporate profile fields as well as Nationality, Company Department, alternative email addresses, private phone if you have given it, and other information necessary for the registration process.
Tracking data generated by our email campaigns is kept and used in anonymised form solely for statistical purposes, i.e. to establish the usefulness of a mailing. Personal tracking data will not be used except in cases where, after consultation with the subscriber and upon request, a staff member verifies that a mail has been sent and arrived at its destination.
