Roxana Damaschin

Roxana Damaschin-Tecu oversaw NESsT work in CEE for more than 10 years. She was responsible for managing the development of NESsT’s portfolio of social enterprises, its investment and support methodology, and performance and impact measurement tools. Prior to joiningNESsT, she managed a social enterprise herself. Roxana is an Eisenhower Fellowfor Romania (2012), has a bachelor’s degree in international trade and a masters in European Development Studies, with focus in social economy from the West University in Timisoara, Romania. She recently co-founded a de-institutionalization initiative (www.unloc.eu).
