Dragoș Jaliu

Dragoș founded in 2006 fonduri-structurale.ro - the most important online instrument to identify best financing opportunities in Romania, used by more than 110.000 members. Fonduri-structurale.ro was been recognized as an innovative product that facilitates the connection between existing financing calls and the SMEs interested in securing grants for development. Dragoș is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a PhD in regional development. He is currently graduating a Professional MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from WU Executive Academy – Vienna University of Economics and Business.
Dragoș has a deep understanding of financing mechanisms for innovation, both public and private, having managed acceleration projects for start-ups since 2015 (with grants from the European Social Fund, more than 160 start-ups financed, one of them invited to pitch in Silicon Valley) and also having an active role in investing and providing advisory services for start-ups.  
He has over 20 years of experience in management and over 12 years of experience in funding and developing businesses with European funding. He is an associate professor at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest and an experienced trainer. Dragoș is the CEO of Structural Consulting Group - Bucharest based consultancy company specialised in proposal writing and project management.
